Blowing Agent (Azodicarbonamide)

Chemical Additives & Processing Aids
Blowing Agent (Azodicarbonamide).
Blowing Agent is a faint yellow powder blowing agent based on Azodicarbonamide. Its small particle size produces fine, evenly distributed foam cells with a high blowing ratio, making it ideal for foam products that do not contain silicone or carbonate additives. It decomposes at 200–210°C, releasing a high gas volume of over 220 ml/g. Widely used across plastic foam manufacturing for a broad range of flexible and rigid applications. Applications: Leatherette, sports soles, wallpaper, slippers, PVC foam, EVA foam, PP, PE, PS foam, soft leather
